Shipping policy


For most European countries we offer free shipping for our furniture.

Place your BrandBox furniture in the shopping cart, fill in your delivery address without obligation and the shipping costs will automatically be shown in the checkout.

How does the transport and delivery work?

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail from Dajana, together with your invoice, the assembly instructions and all information about the transport.
Shortly after collecting your pallet from us, our logistics partner DACHSER will send you an SMS or e-mail with a link to the DACHSER delivery calendar. You can then enter and confirm your final desired delivery date and time in this online calendar.

DACHSER only delivers to "free kerbside", which means that the shipping pallet is set down on the nearest pavement in front of your front door.

Delivery to the back of the house or to your flat or house is not possible, even for an extra charge.

We recommend that 2 people are present during delivery, as some boxes are somewhat heavier and easier and safer to carry with two people.

Please check that the boxes and pallet are intact before signing the consignment note. If you notice any transport damage, please take a few photos and, above all, make a note in the consignment note and only then sign it. Otherwise we cannot accept any guarantee for transport damage.

All our furniture is delivered in environmentally friendly cardboard boxes for self-assembly.

The shipping pallets are disposable pallets, which means that we do not collect them from you again and they cannot be given back to the driver.

Our pallets are only heat-treated and therefore fully recyclable.
Some creative customers turn the wooden pallets into furniture or flower stands for the garden or use them for the cellar or in the garage.

Delivery times

All our white BrandBox furniture is almost "immediately available".

With the exception of our wooden decorative furniture and black variants, we produce these continuously, which means we always try to have everything in stock.

You can find the current status of each BrandBox piece of furniture and its variant in the information box "Availability".

Our wood decor and black furniture always has a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks after the order date, as these variants are always custom-made.


Our prices for our Swiss customers include shipping costs and Swiss VAT. We do not pay the VAT. We do not pay out the VAT difference, as we take care of all extra costs and the processing of the transport, preparation of the export documents, import documents, customs clearance, import processing and VAT payment through our Swiss fiscal representative.

We deliver the furniture of your choice conveniently to your doorstep, without you having to deal with bureaucratic processes and the payment of any extra costs and fees incurred by Swiss customs and the transport company. This also shortens the transport time to Switzerland for you.


For orders to Norway we charge 6% VAT. difference surcharge.

Please be so kind and contact us before ordering to Norway and we will send you a corresponding shopping cart link with Norwegian VAT shown.

We take care of the export and import handling and deliver your desired BrandBox through our logistics partner DACHSER to "free kerbside".


For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Arab Emirates, USA, Australia or Far East) we deliver "net", i.e. excluding German VAT. However, there are costs for import processing in the respective countries and you have to pay your local VAT. This service is provided by one of our local port agents for overseas shipments.
