Payment

All our BrandBox furniture and products include VAT* and must always be paid for before delivery.

We accept payment via bank transfer, major credit cards, PayPal and Klarna.

PayPal and Klarna also offer installment payments for Germany.

If you want to make PayPal installment payments, click on PayPal under Payment method in the check-out process. You will then be automatically directed to your PayPal account, where you can choose between immediate payment or installment payments. PayPal will then immediately show you the monthly rate and the corresponding interest. Paypal always offers installment payments over 12 months.

If you would like to use Klarna as a payment service provider, select Klarna under payment method in the check-out process. There you will also be directed to your existing account or you can register there again.
The conditions and terms are best found directly on the Klarna.de website.

With both installment payment providers, the installment payment only begins after delivery.

Incidentally, we would also like to offer installment payments for other countries. However, since we are based in Germany, PayPal and Klarna only allow installment payments for our German customers. sorry

For orders from the UK, Switzerland, Denmark, USA, Canada or Australia, you can pay in your own currency. We will also issue your invoice in your local currency.

When paying from abroad by bank transfer (IBAN), there are no fees or extra costs on our part.

There is no customs duty on our BrandBox furniture.

*DELIVERIES TO IRLAND, POLAND, FINLAND, DENMARK, SWEDEN, NORWAY, HUNGARY

For orders to Ireland and Poland we charge 4% VAT difference surcharge, for orders from Finland we charge 5% VAT. Difference surcharge, for deliveries to Denmark, Sweden, Norway we charge 6% VAT. differential surcharge. For deliveries to Hungary we charge 8% VAT. differential surcharge.

Please be so kind and contact us before placing an order to Ireland, Poland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Hungary and we will send you a corresponding shopping basket link with VAT shown. We take care of the export and import processing and deliver your desired BrandBox through our logistics partner DACHSER to "free kerbside".

For all orders to other EU countries or overseas, you are very welcome to contact us in advance.
